We continue to follow guidelines set out by the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) for the foreseeable future. This is to make sure we’re doing everything we can to help keep our clients safe and well. This policy will be reviewed regularly to make sure our approach continues to be sensible and measured.

Clients are kindly asked to:

• Postpone your appointment if you’re feeling unwell in anyway.
• Arrive at your appointment time to minimise the wait time in reception.
• Sanitise your hands before your treatment (hand sanitiser will be provided).
• Say if you or someone you live with develops any Covid-19 symptoms.
• Face covers are optional.

Your reflexologist will: 

• Follow government guidelines.
• Follow AoR secure workplace guidelines.
• Tell you if they develop symptoms of Covid-19, or if they knowingly come into close contact with someone who has Covid-19.
• Wear a face cover if the client would prefer.
• Wash and sanitise hands their before and after every treatment.
• Clean the treatment room before and after every treatment.
• Allow at least 15 minutes between every treatment to ventilate the room.
• Use clean linen and equipment for every treatment.

I have had x3 Covid-19 vaccinations.

PLEASE NOTE: It’s unadvisable to have a reflexology treatment within 3 days of having a Covid-19 vaccination.
