A deeply relaxing 60-minute foot reflexology treatment to support your wellness and happiness.
This soothing treatment combines classic reflexology with mindful reflexology and foot massage techniques. It aims to improve your mood and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
This treatment can also help you sleep better and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
CHILD REFLEXOLOGY

A deeply relaxing 40-minute foot reflexology treatment to support your child’s wellness and happiness.
This shorter treatment can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. It may also help your child switch-off from our digital world and have a better night’s sleep. It offers the same relaxation and mood enhancing benefits as a full one-hour treatment. The duration is reduced to ensure your child’s comfort.
Suitable for children from approx. 8 – 17 years old. A parent or guardian must be present during the appointment.
MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY

A deeply relaxing 60-minute foot reflexology treatment to support your maternity and post-natal journey.
This soothing treatment combines classic reflexology with a foot massage and maternity reflexology techniques to suit you. It aims to improve your mood and leave you feeling calm and relaxed.
Suitable for women during their second and third trimester, and post-natal.

Buy and book x3 reflexology treatments in advance and save £5 on the overall cost. Treatments are to be booked within 3 months of purchase. Available after your first treatment.
