REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
Full refunds will be given if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment start time. Refunds won’t be given for no-shows, or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time. However, a discretionary full or partial refund may be given in extenuating circumstances for cancellations. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your appointment, we’ll give as much notice as possible, and a full refund will be given.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be shortened so that we finish at the same time as originally expected (e.g., one hour after your appointment start time). Refunds, partial refunds, and discounts won’t be given if you arrive late for your appointment.
SICKNESS
Clients are kindly asked to rearrange their appointment if they have, or think they might have, any contagious illness such as Covid-19, cough, cold, sore throat, flu, vomiting, diarrhoea etc. A full refund will be given in these circumstances, or we’ll reschedule your appointment free of charge.
COVID-19
We continue to follow guidelines set out the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) for the foreseeable future. This is to make sure we’re doing everything we can to help keep our clients safe and well during the pandemic. Please read our full Covid-19 Policy before booking an appointment to make sure you’re happy to follow our requirements.
HOW TO PAY
- Card payment machine (securely processed by Sum Up).
- Bank transfer.
- Cash and cheques are not accepted.
BUNDLES
Buy x3 reflexology treatments in advance and save £5 on the overall cost. Treatments are to be booked within 3 of purchase. Bundles are available to buy after your first treatment. Full refunds will be given if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment start time. Refunds won’t be given for no-shows, or if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time, and you’ll lose that treatment from your bundle. However, a discretionary full or partial refund may be given in extenuating circumstances for cancellations.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be used for full or part payment for a treatment. They’re valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable. Special offers don’t apply when you’re redeeming a gift voucher.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Special offers are subject to availability and subject to change at any time and they can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. Special offers don’t apply when you’re redeeming an e-gift card.
OPENING HOURS
Reflexology appointments are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in a relaxing treatment room near Tiverton in Devon.

Prices are subject to change at any time and existing clients will be given 30 days’ notice of any price changes.
